This page explains, in ordinary language, what information Millbrae Pro Plumbing handles and why. It is not legal advice, and we have kept it short because we do very little with your information.
How you reach us
You can contact us by phone or by email. When you call, we ask for the details needed to send a plumber: your name, your address, a phone number and what is going wrong. When you email, we read what you send and reply to the address it came from.
This site has no contact forms, no sign-up pages and no customer accounts. Nothing you do on the pages themselves is submitted to us.
What we use your information for
We use what you tell us to schedule a visit, set a price, do the work and answer follow-up questions. We do not sell your information. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
If you call about a job, we may keep a record of the address and the work so we can help you if you call again. If you ask us to delete what we hold, write to us and we will respond.
The website itself
Like most websites, this one is served from a hosting provider that keeps basic server logs. Those logs can include your IP address, the pages requested, the time and the type of browser. We use them to keep the site running and to spot problems.
We have not verified or set up advertising trackers, and we do not describe any here. If that changes, this page will change with it.
Google Maps
Some pages include an embedded Google Map showing our office or a service area. When one loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google may collect information under its own policies. We do not control that. If you would rather avoid it, you can skip the map and use the street address instead.
Phone numbers and links
Telephone links on the site open your phone's dialer. Calling us is a normal phone call, and your carrier handles it the way it handles any other call. Links to outside sites, such as the state licensing board, take you to pages we do not run.
Children
This site is meant for adults who own or manage property and are looking for plumbing help. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
